Breakfast time (07H00-10H00)
We serve up a solid sustainable breakfast (homemade and garden to table) menu consisting of a mix of Cayambe specialties such as bizcochos with caramel sauce (dulce de leche) or yogurt with granola, alongside freshly baked breads with homemade jam, and fresh fruit.
Eggs done any which way. Our light roast coffee (Café Velez) is a perfect blend of the art of specialty coffee growing and roasting. (Bean to Cup)
We always have a great selection of freshly squeezed “tomate de árbol” garden to table juice.
