It all started in 1.986, transforming the Mill into an original and cozy country house.
The initiative was developed with the effort of conservation of a family that made the decision to share the character and essence of the old mill with their guests and receive them as if they were in their own home. In September of the year 2002 the doors of the mill open to the world.
Molino San Juan is the living testimony of the culture of grinding wheat to produce flour.
The walls of adobe of the Mill keep the customs of the wheat farm “The Compañía de Jesús “, that was one of the great colonial patrimonies of the religious congregation Society of Jesus (Jesuits); hence his name. The history of the hacienda “The Company” dates back to the sixteenth century and since 1864 it is owned by the Jarrin family and their descendants
