“Hacienda Experience” program, a full experience with your family.

The adobe walls of the Mill preserve the customs of a colonial Jesuit hacienda. Molino San Juan and its cultural heritage is part of the “Compañía de Jesús” farm; this hacienda since the year 1864 is owned by the Jarrin family and their descendants; who seek to transmit this historical legacy to future generations.

Itinerary:

  • Check in: 11H00 – Check out: 16H00
  • 11H00 – 11H20: Welcome: canelazo and biscuits
  • 11H30 – 13H00: Tour of the traditional hacienda (Mill, Cava Experience, Marianita de Jesús Chapel, Stable, Cooking class)
  • 13H15 – 14H30: Lunch. (Soup, main course and dessert)
  • 15H00 – 16H00: Cooking class: Prepare tiesto tortillas accompanied with coffee and homemade manjar.
  • End of the program.
