We combine traditional family recipes with best practices of “healthy diet”, in accordance with the global strategy of World Health Organization (WHO) regarding to diet, physical activity and health.
Together with Ecuador´s Ministry of Health and its nutrition responsibility strategy, we have implemented actions that promote healthy diet.
The strategy includes promoting the consumption of water and organic products, low salt content, sauces and dressings processed in the recipes, informing through colored spheres the nutritional and caloric content of food additives, sweeteners and gluten in the preparations of our menu.
